Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel or modify your booking, you are kindly requested to contact us in advance at eurekaholidaylets@outlook.com in order to notify us about your intentions. 

Please quote your booking reference whenever you need to contact us. 

If you cancel your booking, there may be a cancellation charge as detailed below.

Please note that if payments are not received within the stipulated time frames, the booking shall automatically be deemed to have been cancelled by The Traveller. We shall make every effort to remind you about any payments that may be due using the contact details that you provide to us.

Similarly, if for whatever reason, you do not turn up at the accommodation on the arrival date stated on your booking confirmation email without prior warning to us and without the acceptance of the owner, (a “no show”), this shall be considered to be a complete cancellation.

In the case of all cancellations, the Traveller shall suffer a penalty as follows:

Should the Traveller cancel less than four (4) weeks prior to the commencement date of the booking, the Traveller will lose the full deposit as well as any further balance that would have been paid towards the booking (even if this is 100% of the amount that would have been due for the entire booking);

Should the Traveller wish to change dates, assuming that suitable alternative dates are available from the Owners, and the Owners consent to the changes, then no amount will be forfeited by The Traveller but there maybe some additional charges depending on the nightly rate for the new dates. 

Should the Owners cancel the booking other than for a reason which is permitted under the “Terms and Conditions”, we shall endeavour to give you as much notice as reasonably possible and we shall strive to provide alternative suitable accommodation, failing which The Traveller shall be given a full refund.

Miscellaneous:

We do not allow any Stag or Hen parties and the minimum age for booking is 25 years.

We have a strict ‘NO SMOKING’ policy inside our apartment, however you will find an ashtray on the balcony. Please do not put out cigarettes on the balcony floor or drop the butts on the balcony floor or over the balcony - we ask you to be respectful to our neighbours.
